SI Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Integration Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in client-facing roles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We’re looking for someone who can navigate complex workflows and has a solid understanding of both business and technical requirements.
You should be an excellent communicator who can bridge the gap between client needs and
technical execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Work directly with clients to capture and document their requirements for product integration.
● Conduct comprehensive analyses of clients’ current setups and workflows. Identify any existing gaps and define both technical and business requirements to ensure seamless deployment.
● Collaborate with the System Integration (SI) team and technical teams to design integration workflows that meet client expectations and adhere to standards.
● Create detailed documentation that serves as the blueprint for development and configuration, ensuring clarity and completeness.
● Perform data mapping between client systems and products.
● Establish and maintain accurate data structures required for successful integration.
● Ensure data integrity throughout the integration process by employing meticulous configuration practices.
● Develop and implement test plans to validate that integrations function as intended.
● Work alongside internal teams and client teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
● Serve as the main liaison between technical teams and clients, ensuring effective and clear communication.
● Work on the digital transformation of the client ecosystem by recognizing the best use cases for the workflows and technology used.
What We’re Looking For
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration,
Economics, or a related field.
● Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical
documentation.
● Strong knowledge of data mapping and configuration.
● Experience developing and executing testing plans for software integration.
● Ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and clients.
● Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
● Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies for data mapping and workflow documentation.
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
● A strong understanding of APIs, XML, JSON, and knowledge of integration frameworks such as RESTful APIs and SOAP is a plus.
● Experience in the Insurance field is a plus.
