Account Executive

We’re looking for a relationship-focused Account Executive to join our Business Development team at OIP Insurtech.
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and offering tailored solutions that address real business needs.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys owning the sales process from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through email, calls, and meetings
- Lead discovery sessions and product presentations with executives and stakeholders
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal experts to craft tailored proposals and solutions
- Own your pipeline – manage opportunities from lead to close, tracking progress in our CRM and consistently pushing deals forward
- Meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing directly to OIP Insurtech’s business goal
- Travel to industry conferences and client meetings (around 25%, primarily in the US/UK) – a chance to grow your network and stay current with industry trends
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and lead generation teams to provide market insights, ideas, and suggestions on the best approach to target audience
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, market opportunities to position our solutions to potential and existing clients.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a similar sales role – ideally within a SaaS or professional services industry
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels
- A proactive, goal-driven mindset with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A consultative approach – you’re eager to understand client challenges and offer thoughtful, tailored solutions
- Collaborative spirit – someone who works well with marketing, leadership, and delivery teams
- Eager to travel? You’ll attend key industry events and client meetings – a great opportunity to network, gain market insights, and represent OIP Insurtech internationally.
