What You’ll Be Doing
Lead architectural decisions and define best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
Deliver expert-level Java development for backend services within a microservices architecture
Configure, optimize, and fine-tune Java-based applications for peak performance and efficiency
Implement cloud security management and DevOps best practices
Evaluate and integrate emerging platform features to strengthen system performance and capabilities
Set up comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to maintain system health
Mentor, coach, and guide junior developers, helping them grow their technical expertise and confidence
Provide technical leadership and oversight across the full development lifecycle, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent professional experience
Azure or AWS certification with extensive hands-on experience
Proven experience in leading technical teams, setting architectural direction, and guiding delivery
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
In-depth expertise in Java and modern development frameworks, especially Spring Boot
Strong scripting skills across multiple languages (a plus)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Azure services (Web Apps, Service Bus, CosmosDB, SQL, Data Factory, VNets, Storage Accounts, API Management, KeyVaults, Policies)
