Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain robust, secure, and scalable solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will enable business stakeholders to automate operations, streamline processes, and deliver insights — all while maintaining high standards of governance, quality, and integration with enterprise systems.
Core Responsibilities:
Power Apps Development
- Build Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps to support key operational workflows, including intake, approvals, case management, and dashboard reporting.
- Translate user needs into reliable, intuitive application interfaces.
Dataverse Design & Management
- Architect and maintain Dataverse schemas including tables, relationships, business rules, validations, and calculated/rollup fields.
- Ensure consistency, performance, and extensibility of the data model across solutions.
Security & Access Patterns
- Implement role-based access, table permissions, teams, and row-level security where required.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with data access policies and security standards.
Power Automate
- Build and optimize Power Automate flows for automation of recurring tasks, approvals, notifications, routing logic, and write-back to Dataverse.
Integration
- Integrate with the broader Microsoft ecosystem (M365, SharePoint, Teams) and external systems via connectors and APIs.
- Document and implement integration patterns with resilience and error handling.
Solution Lifecycle & ALM
- Package, deploy, and maintain solutions using Power Platform Solutions.
- Follow core Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices across development, testing, and production environments.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience building custom connectors and integrating with REST APIs, including OAuth and secure data exchange patterns.
- Familiarity with Power Platform governance (DLP policies, CoE best practices, environment strategy).
- Exposure to Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) for complex enterprise integrations.
- Power BI report/dashboard building experience tied to Dataverse or operational data sources.
