Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects within the insurance domain. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, optimize workflows, and mentor team members to achieve both business and client objectives. Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and client expectations.
- Manage team performance through regular meetings, check-ins, and performance reviews, providing coaching, mentoring, and career guidance.
- Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and deliverables meet quality standards.
- Oversee team OKRs, capacity planning, and resource utilization to maximize productivity and project outcomes.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of team members, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain delivery documentation and track team progress using project management tools.
- Proactively address conflicts or issues within the team, collaborating with HR and stakeholders as needed.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment with knowledge sharing and team engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; insurance domain experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in project delivery, business analysis, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and manage complex tasks independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, including risk assessment and resolution of complex challenges.
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and insurance policy lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts, facilitate collaboration, and build stakeholder relationships.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and accountable, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and intellectual property laws.
