What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build responsive, modern UI components and micro frontends with React
- Collaborate on architectural decisions and contribute to system design
- Ensure efficient integration between frontend and backend components
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
- Implement cloud-based solutions and follow DevOps best practices
- Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and system health checks
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support delivery goals
- Provide guidance and support to mid-level and junior engineers

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in full stack development using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Proven ability to design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
- Solid understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures
- Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS services (certification is a plus)
- Familiarity with Azure components such as Web Apps, Service Bus, CosmosDB, Azure SQL, Data Factory, VNets, Storage Accounts, API Management, or similar
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Scripting skills across multiple languages (a plus)
