What You’ll Do:
- Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation for digital development initiatives.
- Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories, and manage work items/tickets in DevOps tools.
- Apply a waterfall governance wrapper around agile delivery, including planning, milestones, RAID, and reporting.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple cross-functional workstreams (technology, operations, business).
- Influence and guide senior stakeholders on scope, prioritization, governance, and change control.
- Prepare and maintain project artefacts: plans, status reports, RAID logs, decision records, communication plans.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical design, and delivery outcomes.
- Support testing activities where needed, including UAT coordination and defect triage.

What You Bring:
Must-Haves:
- Proven Business Analysis expertise combined with strong Project Management skills.
- Demonstrated experience delivering digital development projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and ability to overlay waterfall governance.
- Experience working in tech teams or tooling environments to manage agile work items.
- London Market insurance experience, ideally with delegated underwriting—or strong underwriting foundations.
- Ability to influence and challenge very senior stakeholders, including those unfamiliar with project governance.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience coaching business users through governance and delivery processes.
- Background working across multi-team environments.
