DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline builds, testing, and deployments across all environments
- Collaborate with software engineers to support releases, configuration changes, and production updates
- Automate system processes in development, QA, staging, and production environments
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability to identify opportunities for optimization
- Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code and configuration management practices
- Conduct system tests related to performance, reliability, and security
- Enhance internal DevOps tools, engineering workflows, and infrastructure reliability
- Provide technical guidance to team members and promote DevOps best practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve tooling, processes, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins (or Bamboo, TeamCity, Travis CI, BuildMaster) and Ansible
- Strong understanding of version control, CI/CD/CT pipelines, shell scripting, and database change management
- Hands-on experience with Linux infrastructures (CentOS preferred)
- Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Ability to configure applications and troubleshoot configuration issues independently
- Ability to write clear, reusable scripts and apply PowerShell for system modifications
- Proficiency in a programming language such as C# or SQL
- Experience building DevOps tools using programming languages (e.g., .NET Framework)
- Strong English communication skills (upper-intermediate or higher)
