Scrum Master / Project Manager
Serbia/North Macedonia (Remote/Hybrid)
We are looking for a Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex initiatives while strengthening our Agile culture. In this hybrid role, you will balance coaching teams toward high performance with driving structured project execution. You’ll work at the intersection of delivery, collaboration, and continuous improvement—ensuring both team efficiency and business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with at least 2 years working as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product, Design)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira for tracking and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate productive team discussions
- Solid understanding of project planning, risk management, and delivery processes
- Scrum certification required; Project Management certification is a strong advantage
Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) to ensure alignment, clarity, and continuous improvement
- Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering self-organization, ownership, and sustainable delivery pace
- Identify and remove blockers to maintain team productivity and sprint commitments
- Manage and refine product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners to ensure clear priorities and readiness
- Track and analyze key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown/burnup, capacity) to improve forecasting and delivery predictability
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership
- Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders, translating technical metrics into clear business insights
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring smooth execution and minimizing delivery disruptions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure efficient resource allocation and project success
