UX/Product Designer
Serbia/North Macedonia (Remote)
We are looking for a UX/Product Designer to help design modern enterprise platforms used by insurance brokers, carriers, and MGA organizations to manage operational workflows, policy data, and business processes across the insurance lifecycle.
In this role, you will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences that simplify complex workflows and improve operational efficiency for insurance professionals. The ideal candidate enjoys solving user problems, translating business requirements into thoughtful product experiences, and contributing across the full product design lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role within software product companies
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, and user-centered design methodologies
- Experience designing B2B or enterprise software products with complex workflows or data-driven interfaces
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools
- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering
- Ability to create developer-ready designs with strong attention to detail and consistency
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly
- Analytical and empathetic mindset with a strong focus on solving user problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities
- Design intuitive web and mobile experiences for AI-driven document processing and data platforms used by enterprise insurance clients
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes for new product features and improvements
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are user-centered, scalable, and technically feasible
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to better understand customer workflows and pain points
- Translate complex business processes and data-heavy workflows into simple and effective user experiences
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, reusable components, and UX standards
- Prepare clear design documentation, specifications, and presentation materials for stakeholders and development teams
- Analyze user feedback and product usage insights to continuously improve usability and overall product experience
- Stay updated on UX, HCI, and AI product design trends to bring fresh ideas and improvements to the team
