Join our team as an Insurance Administrative Assistant and play a vital role in supporting global insurance operations from our Niš office. Start with a comprehensive 4-month paid training held on-site in our Nis office through the American Insurance Academy. After training, you’ll transition into a hybrid work model while continuing to deliver high-quality administrative support to clients across the US, Canada, and the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Assist insurance Underwriters by managing various administrative tasks in personal and commercial lines.
● Maintain clear and timely email communication with Underwriters to ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
● Review and verify documents to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and insurance procedures.
● Input and manage data with precision; prepare quote letters, policy paperwork, and endorsements.
● Support Underwriters in assessing risks by collecting and analyzing financial and statistical data.
● Flag discrepancies or delays to ensure smooth and efficient client service.
● Contribute to onboarding by training new colleagues in administrative tasks and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
● Advanced English skills, both written and spoken, for effective communication in an international environment.
● Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Docs; fast and accurate typing.
● Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading and data analysis skills.
● Team player mindset with a willingness to work from our Niš office during the initial 6 months.
● A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we welcome applicants with various educational backgrounds, including high school diplomas and recent graduates.
● Prior administrative or insurance-related experience is a plus, but not required.
