As our Senior Tech Partnerships Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to establish and grow relationships with key players in the insurance industry. Your mission? To deliver cutting-edge software solutions that address the unique challenges of our clients while driving revenue growth and fostering long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Sales Strategy & Execution:

● Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.

● Leverage your market expertise and industry connections to identify and engage potential clients.

● Present tailored software solutions that solve clients’ specific business challenges.

Client Relationship Management:

● Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with brokers, carriers, and service providers.

● Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering lasting partnerships.

Pipeline Management:

● Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

● Keep detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Market Insights & Collaboration:

● Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and technological advancements.

● Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to align solutions with client needs.

Leadership & Mentorship:

● Share your expertise to mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning.

What We’re Looking For

 

● Experience: 10-15 years of experience in software sales and/or management, specifically within the insurance industry.

● Industry Knowledge: Understanding of underwriting, claims, policy administration, and compliance.

● Network: Established connections with C-level executives and decision-makers in the insurance industry.

● Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and software solutions tailored to the insurance sector.

● Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
